During warmer months or for shipments to hot climates, we offer insulated packaging and cold packs to ensure your chocolates and gummies arrive in perfect condition.
Are your products safe for people with nut allergies?
We carry a wide variety of sweets, including nut-free options. However, many of our products are processed in facilities that also handle peanuts and tree nuts. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
To ensure the safety and health of our customers, we cannot accept returns on food products. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

How long will my candy stay fresh?
Most of our hard candies and gummies have a shelf life of 6-12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Chocolates are best enjoyed within 3-6 months of purchase.
